Nearly Time
 This tutorial is my design if it is similar in anyway to another tutorial this is totally coincidental. I am using the Work of Pinuptoons you can buy his work HERE you will need a licence to use his work. I am using BitterSweets scraps Country Snowmen Fun which can be bought HERE you will need Vix mask 3 which can be downloaded fron HERE Lets Begin: Open psp and open a 600X600 new white raster layer open one of the papers from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer open up the mask layer and minamize it for now open layers ,new mask layer from image scroll down to the name of your mask Vix mask 3 with only the source luminance ticked and apply merge group Open one of the lilies in the kit leave same size add drop shadow open up another one from the kit and place ajacent to the first lilie add drop shadow of choice Open up another lilie from kit and reduce in size duplicate and mirror,add shadow merge visiable Open up one of the glitter snowflakes and open up one of the buttons ,merge them together do this three times so that we have three snowflakes , position them were desired. open the flower elements arrange as many as desired, merge them as a single layer mirror and flip adding a drop shadow of choice open your tube as a new layer position it were desired add drop shadow open up the elements in the kit and add as desired .
